A 60-minute customized training session in the Gyrotonic Method® using equipment to meet your fitness and wellness needs. Sessions could include a combination of Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic exercises on the Pulley Tower and Jumping Stretching Board. As of August 2022, I moved out of New Orleans and am currently teaching only online.
60 Minutes: $65 - $95

GYROKINESIS® PRIVATE SESSIONS

A 60-minute customized training session in the Gyrokinesis Method® that you can do anywhere you have access to a chair or something to sit on. Gyrokinesis movement is rhythmic, dynamic, and flowing. It focuses on core strength and expansive mobility simultaneously. In-person sessions take place at the Pilates Homeroom in the ArtEgg Studios in Mid-City, New Orleans.
60 Minutes: $50 - $75

GYROKINESIS® GROUP CLASSES & INTENSIVES
in-person & online
Nothing beats moving together with other people. I regularly offer drop-in classes, special workshops, and one and two-week Gyrokinesis intensives. Classes cover a variety of formats including Level 1, Beginner Level 2, and Lotus Blossom.

GYROKINESIS® TEACHER PRE-TRAINING
In-person ONLY
Ready for more? The Gyrokinesis Teacher Pre-Training is the first step towards becoming a certified Gyrokinesis Teacher. The training is six consecutive days with five hours of movement a day. This intensive study leaves you feeling buoyant and engergized. If you want to attend a pre-training but have no interest in becoming a teacher, you are welcome to join.
